Ambulatory medical examinations

Ambulatory medical examinations are held for people who have the status of a veteran (combatant) or the repressed person (the so-called blue id, which is issued by the Office for Combatants and the Repressed). Patients are accepted individually for the examination according to their reporting order. Because of the fact that the project financed by the European Union has expired, there has been a change in the way the examination has been conducted. All people who are waiting for the examination have been accepted and further reports of new patients will be accepted after the holiday break. Applications should be sent at this postal address: Poradnia dla Osób Prześladowanych ze względów Politycznych, ul. Lenartowicza 14 21, 31-31-138 Kraków. The finalization of the EU Project results in a limited accessibility to certain procedures.
